As a kind of oxiding exercising appliance, the swing machine is designed for people who rest indoors. The present swing machines are crank composition drived by motors, which change the circular motion into reciprocating motion from lefe to right. The noise as high as 56dB produced by the mechanical movements seriously affects the quality and sale of the swing machines. So it's necessary to take the measures to decrease the vibration and noise by researching a new type of electromagnetic swing machine.Through the analysis of the mechanical swing machine's structure, the thesis firstly finds out the origin of vibration and its propagation way, then proposes the improvement of machine's structure by replacing the motor-drived structure with electromagnetic-drived one.Secondly the thesis briefly introduces the basic theories and development of electromagnetic vibratory machines, etc. Thirdly, it researches and designs the very low frequency sinusoidal generator. Finally, a vibrating device of electromagnetism integrated into the swing machine is designed. The process of design includes the structure design of the vibrating device and the calculation of kinetics parameters and electromagnetism parameters of the vibrating device.
