In the process of layered water injection test and adjustment,in order to solve the two disadvantages of using battery pack power supply for test and adjustment instruments: instability under high temperature and need to take out regularly,the downhole self generating motor is deeply studied.Combined with the design requirements and the advantages of other turbine generators,a turbine generator using the kinetic energy of injection fluid in water injection well is designed,which is simple and compact in structure,suitable for narrow eccentric channel,stable in high temperature and high pressure environment,and realizes the integration and intelligence of water injection test and adjustment,which is conducive to oilfield production.The main research contents include the following parts.In the first part,the existing mature turbine generators are summarized,which can be divided into magnetic driving type and traditional liquid passing type.The advantages of compact structure of liquid passing type generator are retained to adapt to narrow eccentric water injection channel.Combined with the advantages of good sealing performance of magnetic driving type structure,a new type of water injection well generator is designed to cope with the harsh environment of high temperature and high pressure underground It can still meet the power demand of the rear measuring and adjusting instrument under the limitation of the grid size.The second part mainly studies the coupling process between fluid kinetic energy and turbomechanical energy,and the coupling process between turbomechanical energy and electromagnetic energy of stator and rotor.Firstly,COMSOL is used as a tool to verify the advantages of the guide wheel to the energy coupling process,and the single variable method is used to change the specific parameters of the turbine to analyze the influence of the changes of various parameters on the coupling efficiency.After repeated calculation and comparison,a group of turbine parameters with high performance are determined.Secondly,based on the basic design idea of the generator,the radial size limit is taken as the constraint In the process of calculating the magnetic circuit,the specific parameters of the stator and rotor of the water injection generator are determined.At the same time,various commonly used materials are analyzed and compared,and the materials that can overcome high temperature,high pressure and vibration are selected.The third part mainly carries out the optimization of the parameters of the generator.According to the calculated electromagnetic parameters,the stator and rotor model of the water injection generator is initially established.The transient analysis of the rotation process is carried out to obtain the power generation.Then the air gap,shell material and other important factors are optimized to make the power generation reach the rated power at the rated speed.In the fourth part,according to the designed final parameters,the prototype is made and tested.Firstly,the adjustable speed motor is used to drive the generator to rotate,and the output voltage,power and other experimental data are recorded and analyzed.The experimental results basically match with the simulation parameters and meet the design requirements,which proves the correctness of the design and optimization.Then the generator is put into the fluid experimental channel for hydraulic drive experiment to simulate the underground environment.Finally,it is proved that the power generation performance and sealing performance of the motor meet the design requirements.
