Nowadays, the subject of sports physiology, as a new interdisciplinary field, is quickly developing. At the same time, vibration strength training, as one of study field of sports physiology, has received more and more attention. A great deal of study showed that vibration strength training can improve the muscular maximal strength, explosive strength, and muscle flexibility. The objective of this literature study is to apply the theory of vibration strength training to vigorous exercise and athletictraining. And it is to design a new type of sports equipment based on vibration strength training. In this dissertation, there are several sections as following:Firstly, a brief summary of knowledge in the field of sports physiology and vibration strength training is provided. The vibration parameters of vibration strength training are summarized.Secondly, a vibrating device integrated into sports equipment is designed, which is based on the theory of vibration strength training and the actual characteristic of a kind of pull sports equipment. The process of design includes the structure design of the vibrating device and the calculation of kinetics parameters and electromagnetism parameters of the vibrating device.Thirdly, The finite element analysis of electromagnetism system of the vibrating device is introduced. The simulation results agree well with the design demands. The effects of the change of main parameters of electromagnetism on electromagnetism power is analyzed and the relation between them is concluded, thereby providing the basis for electromagnetism parameters design of the vibrating device.Finally, the design of the automatic switch control for the vibrating device is provided. Meanwhile, amplitude and vibrating frequency regulation control is designed by using MCU, which satisfy the demands of different vibrating frequency and different amplitude in vibration strength training.
