The Development Of Experimental Set Of Pyrolysising Biomass For Bio-oil

This research is a part of the project subsidized by science and technology department of Jilin Province, named as " The technology of pyrolysising biomass for bio-oil" (serial number of subject:20000320).As a kind of reserve technology of energy,pyrolysising biomass for bio-oil has an excellent prospect.Now reduce the cost and enhance the yeild of bio-oil by improve the pyrolysis set are our effort direction. The agriculture and forestry remainder in Northeast in China are abundant ,so it has a great market potential to devolop the set.We could transform biomass of low grade into clean liquid fuel of high quality,high density of energy by the technology of prepare bio-oi by pyrolysis biomass.it not merely could improve the intense situation of commercial energy resource of vast rural areas and enhance the availability of biomass in rural,but also was in favor of reforming current energy production and consumption structure,and still help to reduce the polution of atmosphere and improve the environment.The research of prepare bio-oil by pyrolysising biomass is starting later in China ,any type of pyrolysis liquefaction sets are all in researching stage.Many organizations have spreaded the technology of it to commercialization manufacture in abroad,there have none report about it in our country.This paper has summed up the research current situation in detail of preparing bio-oil by pyrolysis biomass in our country and abroad, made an introduction and compared the performance of several kinds of typical pyrolysis set. Manufacturing engineering of the fluidized bed reactor is more riper than other biomass pyrolysis liquefaction set,and have more extensive application field.the FBR could offer a high heating rate and a relatively averaging tempreture of reaction. And the fast flowing carrier gas is convenient to separate the product out, the residence time of gas phase is short,it's easy to control temperature and to operate,simple,practice, and still has a high yield of bio-oil.so fluidized reactor is the main direction in the research field of preparing bio-oil by pyrolysis biomass.We also designed the technic process of preparing bio-oil from biomass, determined the type of main part of the set:we chose fluidized bed reactor as the reaction system,and chose minitype,low rate worm distributor as the feeding system,and chose cellpacking condenser, cyclone separator as the collecting system.Developed the set of pyrolysising biomass for bio-oil by ourself.And the type of main part of the set was determined according to the technic process,the calculational process of feeding system,reaction system and collecting system was given.The autocontrol heating system was also designed.we achieved the stepless speed regulation by the mating of the frequency converter and the decelerator in stead of silicon rectification motor in tradition.In this paper,we designed the most process capability fluidized reactor pyrolysising biomass for bio-oil set in china at present successfully And the difficulties and solution in manufacturing process of the set and the precautions in experimental operation process were showed.We mend and imporve the performance and structure endlessly in experimental process.We also offered the assumption of scaling up the set ,and the problem which would be emerged. We Expected that it could offer the theoretical and practical conduct to devolop the set of biomass pyrolysis to prepare bio-oil.
