It was necessary to exploit and utilize clean and renewable energy such as modern biomass energy,so as to resole the more and more serious problem of energy shortage.If the biomass energy can be used,it would reduce environmental pollution and modify the energy construction in the future.And it is an important method of biomass energy development and research to transform biomass to high quality liquid fuels through fast pyrolysis of biomass technology.On the basis of research achievement of the biomass of the civil and foreign country about making bio-oil from fast pyrolysis of biomass,meanwhile the paper use the research results and experience of our center,I have put forward a technological process of a new pyrolysis system of biomass suspension fluidized bed.This paper emphatically studies the design idea and method of biomass suspension fluidized bed pyrolysis reactor,according to this method, this article elaborates with the theoretical calculation process of important parameters in the fluidized bed design,also analysis of dynamic response for wind loads.This article discusses the motion law of biomass in fluidized bed reactor,and experimentally study on the instantaneous flow of images of granule in bed has been received by the method of high-speed camera to improve cognition for biomass fluidization characteristics.This paper makes theoretical investigation in heat-transfer process and fully pyrolysis time of biomass using complicated heat transfer and conduction theory in temperature field,and I have carried out the thermal analysis in simplified and assumptive biomass model by using ANSYS to obtain pyrolysis time which can compare with the theoretical value.In addition,the paper also gives the design calculation of the cyclone separator in the suspension fluidized bed—pyrolysis system to obtain higher efficiency.We make the simple introduction to the feeding unit, feedback unit and condensing unit,also we choose the type of air compressor which provides fluidizing gas and pressure for fluidized bed.According to the fluidized bed's temperature which is measured by the suitable temperature element and measuring pattern,we control the auxiliary heating device to ensure the optimal pyrolysis temperature of biomass.In the end,the full-text of the final paper is summarized.The technological process we choose can maximize the conversion of local raw materials to produce material for the use of clean energy and reduce bio-oil costs.This installment has the merit that:it has higher heating rate,shorter residence of gas phase,a concise temperature control,lower investment cost.This article will provide a proper reference for the next biomass pyrolysis and liquefaction research.
