Technology Research Of Region Eco-environment Planning

Region eco-environment planning technology is the main body of the paper, and Hai Nanprovince is taken for the case, which will enrich the eco-environment planning theory and willprovide science argument for government decision-making in the Hai Nan eco-construction.The procedure and methods of eco-environment planning are introduced systematically,that is, the compound application of procedure and methods of eco-environment. Ecologyinvestigation and evaluation of Hai Nan is made. Basing on that, with the"pressure-statement-response" index system, synthesis evaluation is carried for theenvironment quality of Hai Nan province.Ecology function partition is carried out, and ecology footprint is used to analyze thecapacity of Hai Nan province, aiming to discern the ecology deficit level. The ecologysustainability of Hai Nan province is analyzed.Basing on carrying capacity analysis of water resource in Hai Nan, ecology planning iscarried out, and implement ensuring measure is brought forward, which is a reference to thereasonable utilization of water resource.Distinguishing model and index of region sustainable development capacity is applied tosystem evaluation of of Hai Nan eco-construction. It is proved that eco-construction planningavails to improve the sustainability of Hai Nan. Also some quantity argument is provided toHai Nan eco-construction in the future.
