Porphyrin derivatives, due to their exclusive biological and optical properties,have been wildly used as photosensitizer, photodynamic therapy of cancer andcardiovascular diseases and PSâ…¡ electron acceptor of photosynthesis. Structureamelioration is hotspot task of the field, Nowadays, the investigation on porphyrinmainly focused on phenylporphyrin-anthraquinone and its derivatives. A series ofPorphyrin derivatives containing active groups were synthesized, on the base of which,A series of Porphyrin-anthraquinone derivatives were synthesized. In the present paper, several symmetrical porphyrins were synthesized by Adlermethod;several dissymmetrical porphyrins bearing carboxyl, hydroxy group weresynthesized by Adler method, several porphyrins bearing nitryl group weresynthesized by Adler method and nitration of TPP;several porphyrins bearing amidogroup were synthesized by the reduction of porphyrins bearing nitryl group. Theoptimum process conditions were ensured. Those compounds were characterized byIR, 1H NMR and MS.A series of Porphyrin-anthraquinone compounds were synthesized andcharacterized by IR, 1H NMR and MS.
