Biodegradable materials can be used as durgs dilivery systerm which encapsulated or attached drugs in nanoparticles. Contrast with free drugs, nanoparticles have prolonger the circulation in the bloodstream, enhanced solubility. All of those minimize the side effects of drugs and enhance the therapeutics of durgs.But,the drug delivery systems are frequently dissociated after injection. And, the drug trapped in the micelles be released before reaching the cancer site. Therefore, the therapeutic activity were reduced. So, a kind of pH responsive complex drug delivery systems should be builted for durg delivery.Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is a new promising modality for cancertreatm ent, which is a photochem icalprocess that depends on the retention of photosensitizers in tumor cells. As light irradiation to the photosensitizers, photosensitizer absorb the light which matching the absorption wavelength, then the molecules in excited triplet state which can excited singlet oxygen. A fter all, singlet oxygen killed the cells by oxidation and necrosis.Thermal therapy is a new method for anticancer, though heat tumor to40-45℃hyperthermia killed the tumor. Gold nanorod have strong absorbance in the nea-infraredregion. By absorbing light energy, an electronic transition from de d-band to sp-band occurs with two-photon absorption, generating an electron-hole pair; recombination of separated chrges results in two-photon luminescence emission, gold nanorods transform light energy to heat.Here, we bulit a multi-function nano vesicle,w hich loaded gold-nanorod and doxorubicin. This dissertation is involved in the research on follow ingaspects:(1)、Study on synthesis a series of hydroxyl-phenylporphyrin, (2)、Building porphrin bi-layer nano vesicles, we get different size vesicles though control the polarity and pH of the solution.(3)、Doxorubicin and gold nanorods were encapsulated in vesicles, bulding a multi-function anticancer systems. Though dox release experimentin PBS, we found the nano vesicle have pH-responsive behavior.
