One of the main method that reduces the energy consumption in the mine oil-gas gathering and transportation in internal and overseas is gathering the oil without heating the oil well. Since the seventies of the 20th century, the Victory oilfield , the Middle oilfield, the Liaohe oilfield ,the Changqing oilfield,the Fuyu oilfield,the Huabei oilfield,the Jiangsu oilfield,the Henan oilfield,and the Daqing oilfield have researched the transportation technics of without heating mixture transportation. Up to now, many without heating transportation techniques which adopt natural without heating transportation and chemistry assistant and mixing normal temperature water have been researched successfully, and they have been used in the production. The temperature limit for without heating mixed transportation is summarized by production function experience commonly, that needs hyper 2~3℃crude oil freezing point. With the deeply exploiting oil field, about 90 percent of the liquid production is water in most of the oil wells. The energy consuming will grow sharply if per ton rude oil is transported. The obvious peculiarity of extracting oil of highly-watery stage is that the total liquid yield rises ceaselessly and the temperature of out well also increases, this has the condition which makes the well whole year or seasonal without heating transportation come true. Owing to lacking the study of the temperature limit and the pressure drop for oil-gas-water mixed transportation during extracting oil of highly-watery, restricting scale-up of transportation without heating. This task has found a tester in oil extraction locate, established the test projiect, carried through the testing study using the mixture of oil-gas-water produced by Oil Recovery Factory No.6, tested the pressure drop and the flow pattern under different output, different water-containing ratio, different gas-containing and different temperature, presented the temperature limit of oil-gas-water mixed transportation during the course of extracting oil of highly-water at the testing term is 23℃, it is lower 9℃than crude oil freezing point.Thereby educing it oil-gas-water mixture of highly-watery come true security nature mixed transportation lower than crude oil freezing point under without medicament. Presenting pressure drop testing numerical value, discussing flow pattern and pressure drop numeration method. This study takes on great application value.
