Daqing oil field has now entered a phase of high water-cut mining,gathering one ton oil consumes 27m~3 natural-gas,and 13×10~8m~3 natural gas annually,which occupy 78%of the total energy consuming in ground projects.Industrial consumption of gas oil from the emerging field of chemical and gas supply and demand imbalance contradictions is increasingly acute.Therefore the energy loss must be reduced immediately.We study on the new technical limits and hydraulic/thermodynamic calculating method of oil-gas-water mixing pipelines and make assistant running management software in this paper.The followings are done.1.Oil-gas-water flow pattern and oil-water state of oil gathering pipelines have been studied by experimental in Daqing oil field.Result indicates that the three-phase flow pattern of oil-gas-water is slug flow during highly-watery stage and oil-water two phases pattern is stratified flow,oil-in-water emulsion or the oil-in-water-in-oil emulsion-suspension liquid of water-continuous phase.2.Experimental Determination of the oil-water emulsion viscosity,and intends to synthetic formula.Studies have shown that oil-water emulsion viscosity with changes in moisture content,there is a transfer of points:the moisture content in turn points under the emulsion is generally water-in-oil,viscosity decreases with increasing moisture content gradually increased;in close to phase point,viscosity increased dramatically,reaching the highest point;in the aquifer over transfer points,the viscosity also gradually declining.3.The temperature drop calculating mathematics model of oil-gas-water three-phase buried pipeline is established with the annual periodicity change of soil temperature field and time delay first time.The thermodynamic calculation method is fit for the mixture transportation pipeline with supper high water cut.4.Gives the cooling temperature and pressure limits of the security value method.The results show that the moisture content of 40%~70%of the oil temperature about 27℃boundaries;aquifer more than 70%in the temperature limits of oil wells can be reduced to around 25℃;reasonable wellhead back pressure range between 1.0MPa to 1.5MPa.5.A software called "cooling gathering parameters control software." is developed.The software can calculate crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline temperature drop and pressure drop,Simulation the relationship between water quantity and wellhead back pressure,give reasonable oil limits for different seasons.The software development,has changed the past,gathering experience for cooling mode of operation and management to make it more scientific and standard.
