System Developing Of Computer Aided Rollpass Design For H-Beam Products

The program is mainly about the use of AutoCAD in roll-passes design for H-Beamproducts,called CARD system。A windows platform CARD system of H-beam productshas been developed by VB language and module programming based on metal formingprinciple。The functions of the system mainly include dimension calculating of roll-passes,mechanical parameters determining and parameterization drawings。The designing of depressing rules is the core and key part of H beam rollingtechnology by universal rolling。On the condition of executing depressing rules,adoptingoptimizing technique,making minimizing rolling energy as aim,optimizing the existingdepressing rules,can not only get good qualitied production,but decrease power undercurrent condition and improve the quality of production and decrease wearing of rollersand then decrease the cost of production to attain more economical benefit.The structure of H-Beam products is nearly same , but sizes not 。Soparameterization drawings would better fit for it。In the module of parameterizationdrawings,it takes AutoCAD as pictures supporting software and takes VB as compiler,and it adopts parametric dimension based variables and builds module parameterization forpictures of fixed view mode and standard mode,so the relation between picture sizes anddesigning parameter is built。Thus designers can work on parameterization drawings forroll-passes of H-beam products。...
