Studies In The Planning Of Domestic Solid Waste Disposal In Sichuan Province

This paper reviews the current situation of the urban domestic solid waste disposal and technologies in China and Sichuan province, then tells the tend of disposal technologies for different solid waste, and points out the disorder of disposal capacity for domestic solid waste in the province and the lacking of disposal technologies, and makes sure the necessity of local planning for domestic solid waste. In order to lighten the pressure of garbage disposal, the course before also handling to the domestic rubbish has carried on systematic planning, and has put forward the engineering construction scheme before concrete handling to some typical citiesThe key point of this paper is to integrate the real situation of the complicated natural conditions and different economic developing levels in Sichuan, to divide the whole province into fives types of areas, which are central cities with developed, mountainous cities in non-developed and outlying area cities. For each type of area, it selects representative cities-Chengdu, Deyang, Luzhou, Nanchong, Guangyuan and Ganzi for design of planning with the time limitation of planning being ten years in total in four periods. It estimates the quantity of solid waste discharging and disposal capacity from different technologies, makes research on the constrction and operation cost of domestic solid waste disposal facilities in different cities. Through the evaluation and analysis of three planning designs, it finally determines the second planning(in the province sanitary landfill is the main way for domestic solid waste, current solid composting land should be utilized effectively, in addition solid waste incineration plant in proper capacity may be built up) as the best one in planning period.
