As Class I engineering plastic material, PES (Polyether Sulfone) hasexcellent performance that the normal plastics are incomparable: Highglass-transition temperature, good anti-hydrolysis and industrial solventresisting performance, and excellent thermal oxidation stability. Comparedwith PAEK, the PES has better fluidity at high temperature, which enableseasy formation of PES.The working purpose of this thesis is to synthesize a PES that fits for useof anti-adhesive coating material. On such a basis, the anti-adhesive andanti-corrosion coating material will be developed through using the excellentperformance of PES.Starting from the angle of molecular structure design, this thesis aims atpreparation of a new allyl-based biphenyl bisphenol monomer, and throughmechanism of nucleaophilic aromatic substitution, it will synthesize newpropenyl side group based PES that is appropriate for use of the coatingmaterial. The above PES has the following advantages:1.Processing of solvent will be available, and it can be crosslinked afterprocessing, with large crosslinking density.2.The polymerizing process is simple, and no complicated reaction routewill be required.3.The polymer will have bigger space for processing, which will befavorable for formation.Then, we carried out study on formulation of PES coating material.
