By studying the properties of some kinds of starch,use the starch which is green natural products as raw material,prepare a kind of avirulent environmental protection wallpaper adhesives.Take such starch adhesives as a complete set with the wallpaper,which can effectively avoid indoor pollution.The method of gelatinization is heating,various pure starch were prepared into starch paste at a solid content of 10%at the temperature of 75 ? for 45minutes.Through the comparative analysis of the various properties of starch paste,screened starch which has a better performance as the raw material of this experiment.Using the orthogonal design to determine the best proportion of starch,and single factor variable method to explore the dosage of additives and production process parameters.Through comparison and analysis on the performance of all kinds of starch,choose indica rice,japonica glutinous rice,hydroxypropyl tapioca starch as raw materials of this experiment,and determine indica rice rice is 4.0%and japonica glutinous rice powder is 7.0%,hydroxypropyl tapioca starch is 1.0%of the best distribution system.Take Al2(SO4)3 as crosslinking agent,urea as complexing agent,complexation and crosslinking effect reach saturation as the complexing agent is 0.4%of the total mass and crosslinking agent is 1.5%of the total mass of the starch.Determined the most appropriate reaction temperature is 80 ?,the most suitable reaction time is 40 min of the starch glue.According to the mildew test results in 77 days,select Emarcide512 of which the main ingredients is N-(2-benzo imidazole)-methyl carbamate and Emarcide4195 of which the main ingredients is benzisothiazolin-ketone as the complex anti-mildew system.,the dosage of them is 0.5%and 0.15%respectively.Viscosity of the starch adhesive is about 42 Pa·s,the peel strength is 10N/25mm,and it won't appear statified phenomenon,has good liquidity and can be stored for a long time.This starch adhesive prepared in this experiment does not contain harmful material such as formaldehyde and VOC.It has high caking property and good frost resistance,can ensure the long-term storage,and can keep still has antiseptic sterilization function after gluing on the wall.In addition,good liquidity and slip resistance makes starch adhesive has good workability.
