Chaobai River Wetlands' Function Analyzing And Environment Protection Counter-measures Studying

The wetland of Chaobai River is one of the important natural wetlands, which lies in the north of Miyun reservoir and pass by Shunyi district and Tongzhou district. Chaobai river can provide water resource, renew the groundwater, adjust floodwater, control water quality, maintain biologic diversity and regulate the climate etc. important wetland function. This thesis inquires about literature data, visits and observed field data, researched the changed condition of Chaobai river wetland from 1991 to 2002 in ten years by remote sensing technology, geographic information system and manual nerve net methods; analyzed the changed reason of function of Chaobai wetland and put forward the suggestion and countermeasure about protecting wetland environment.This thesis researched the change of Chaobai river wetland in areas, water quantity, water environmental quality, water level of groundwater, overcast rate of wetland vegetable, species of animal and plant and climate to summary the function changes of Chaobai river wetland in ten years.The result of research is following: the area of Chaobai river has reduced 12%, water quantity has decreased 41%, the water environmental quality of wetland worse from light pollution to heavy pollution; water level of groundwater in the study district has greatly declined, the biggest extent is 8.84 m; vegetable overcast rate of wetland in peripheral district has added, the added area was 16.5% in total area, the special of animal and plant decreased, many animals and plants have disappeared in Chaobai river wetland; annual average temperature of wetland has increased at 0.16℃-10a-1, annual average precipitation has decreased at 20.41mm 10a-1. About wetland factorial change, the thesis had quantitative results. So we can learn that the function of Chaobai wetland has degraded, comparing in 2002 to in 1991. According to the fact of Chaobai river wetland, we conform to the basic principal of wetland environment protection, put forward the suggestion and measure of protecting chaobai river wetland to achieve the aim of protecting damaged wetland, reforming the function of wetland and ecological environment.
