This article is mostly on research of factors influencing sheet locating time and die cutting precision of MW1050 automatic platen die-cutter, which is made by Shanghai Guanghua Printing Machinery Co., Ltd, in which the innovative design of die-cutter transfer gripper machine is dealt with by introducing the design idea of the press sheet transfer gripper machine, and the increase of sheet location time heightens the die cut precision of total machine. The idiographic content and innovation are as follow:1) By analyzing the subsistent program of sheet location of die-cutter in existence, which still is not better solved, the design innovation is brought forward. At the same time the idea that press sheet transfer gripper machine is introduced into the design of die-cutter indicate the research direction of machine innovation.2) On the base of the technics request, machine type is made certain. By analysis and comparison of several kinds of machine project fulfilling request, Cam linked staff machine is made sure as elementary design project.3) The amendatory trapezium movement rule is selected as the rule of staff following cam. After ascertaining machine parameters and computing, parameterized design software is programmed in Matlab.4) Machine part models and assemble model which are created in software SolidWorks are transmitted into dynamics analysis software Adams to analyze the movement harmonization and the elasticity dynamics characteristics.Through research of this article, it not only offers the innovation of die-cutter a applied solving project and enhances the performance of total machine, but also introduces the idea of press sheet transfer machine and advance a kind of new thought about machine innovation, and makes the research of die-cutter provided with newer technology prospect.
