Post-evaluation Of Auto-measure Alteration Project In Oil Extraction Firm

This thesis is dedicated to introduce the basic theory of post-evaluation, its methodology and practice home and abroad. The first auto-measure alteration project in old oil field of Eastern China are analyzed, including its basic facts, major influential elements; and the project post-evaluation index system, consisting of 3 categories and 15 detailed indicators are demonstrated. The thesis has applied comparative method, forecasting theory and practice, logic frame method, project success evaluation method, done the post-evaluation to the project, drawing the conclusion of the execution of the project is successful and the expected goal has been achieved, experience and lessons are also listed. The author has pointed out that in order to improve the project management of firms, post-evaluation of projects should be included in the firms' project execution process.
