Research On Packer Performance Testing System

This paper solved the problem of packer working state parameter testing, and a system of packer working state testing is developed. The simulative well and hydraulic pressure source are connected with pipe. The down-hole state of packer was stimulated By changing the order of valve switch . The test of the packer's interrelated parameter is accomplished by controlling system in the simulative situation and it carried out data collection, storage, inquiring and plotting function.The system of packer working state testing is mainly composed of MCU controlling system and the mechanism system which is constituted by simulative well, hydraulic pressure source and craft pipes. The system is used to collect the parameter of packer, such as the setting pressure under the simulative situation, the allowed pressure difference and the flux when reverse wash the well and so on.The controlling software for the testing system Having been compiled, and controlling circuit and simulative well experiment system having been designed. The controlling system adopts two-steps computer controlling mode. The PC communicates with MCU by serial port. The MCU adopts 89C51 microcontroller. The real-time control of the packer's experiment process is carried out by MCU which also sends experiment data to PC.The examination of PC and MCU system has been done and the simulative communication has been debugged, and the experiment results is given.
