Extrusion molding and injection molding are the most important ways for polymer processing. And the extrusion molding is usually used to continuously produce the products with same section sizes and shape. Extrusion molding is becoming more and more popular because of its high performance and the low investment. The shortcoming of extrusion is the products are not precise enough to be used in some areas. Precise extrusion is one important tendency for the development of modern extrusion processing technology. In one side, precise extrusion will extend the application fields. And the most important is a lot of polymer material would be saved by this way and the cost would be reduced. In recent years, the theory of single screw extrusion has been made great progress. On the basis of some studies on the influential factors of precise extrusion, a kind of new precise extrusion equipment——parallel pressure stabilization equipment is introduced. The effect of this equipment to precise extrusion was researched by some experiments. As the simulation this equipment can reduce the pressure fluctuation of the extruder die up to 97.6%. And the consequence of the experiments is about 83%-91%. There are two ways to stabilize the pressure and the output. One is the adjustment of its rotate speed by hand. Another way is the adjustment of the extent distance filled with polymer melt.
