| Rotary extrusion process is a new method for producing Ultrafine-grained materials.The preparation process is simple,easy and has good processing effect.So it has a broad prospect for industrialization.In order to better promote the development of this processing technology,the development of rotary extrusion equipment is of great significance.The experiment equipment uses typical three-beam and four-column structure and the upright layout system.Firstly According to the need to determine the size of the metal.Then we use finite element method and upper bound method to obtain the nominal pressure and torque of the extrusion process,and the deformation of copper materials.Finally the correctness of the data is verified by experiment.According to the extrusion data obtained before and design requirements,we can determine the basic design parameters,and the overall structure of the equipment.Select the appropriate motor to complete the design of the overall shape of the extrusion equipment.After that,according to the extrusion parameters,we design the mold of rotary extrusion equipment,as well as its main parts.The strength and stiffness of the die are checked by the finite element software to determine the expected extrusion requirement can be achieved.After the key components of the equipment are designed,the strength and stiffness of the key parts of the machine are initially checked according to the traditional mechanical method.Then finite element analysis is carried out on the main parts of the equipment to verify the correctness of the design and the theoretical calculation.The analysis results show that the equipment and its main parts have a good stiffness.The structure can meet the design requirements.After that we design hydraulic system.Firstly the operating conditions of the system are analyzed,and the load curve and speed curve are obtained.We determine the hydraulic system pressure,flow and motor models and other key parameters.And then we determine the design of the system to draw hydraulic system schematic.We calculate and select hydraulic pump,valve components,oil pipe,and oil tank.Finally the design of hydraulic system is completed.The machine is manufactured,and debugged in the factory.Finally it can complete the expected design requirements successfully. |
