The research used Sophora flavescens Ait. as raw material to study extraction efficiency of Sophora flavescens Ait. by reflux of acid water, reflux of alcohol, enrichment of macroporous adsorption-resin and compared each way of extraction, determined the optimum technological conditions. We studied extraction efficiency of Sophora flavescens Ait. by ultrasonic and microwave, determined the optimum parameter of each technique. Through comparing the high vacuum concentration and solvent boil-together distillation, we determined solvent boil-together distillation was the efficiency method of removing chloroform. The small rat was used as objective to research antitumour effect of alkaloid in Sophora flavescens Ait.. The results showed that alkaloid in Sophora flavescens Ait. can repress the growth of S180 tumour cell which had been transplanted into the small rat, and can obviously repress H22 cancer of the liver cell which had been transplanted into the small rat. In this paper, we deeply studied the each parameter of purify matrine and oxymatrine. TLC, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and 1H-NMR were used to identify the qualification of crystallization, and HPLC was used to identify the purification of crystallization.
