| Amino acids are the basic unit of protein, and one of the most basic components of the human body. Amino acid is basic substance of metabolism. They not only has vital nutritive value, but also has specific pharmacological functions. There is important influence with the pharmacological function or nutritive value in the content of amino acid in the food and medicine.In this study,the author gathered three kinds of animals which are scolopendra, scorpio, pheretima, the common names are wu gong, quan xie, di long, and collected common animal meat protein and plants protein that we often eat in Henan province, determined the amino acid content. The author adopts the most generally acknowledged method of amino acid analysis in the world?Acid hydrolysis to determine most common 15 amino acids, and Formic acid oxidized hydrolysis to determine sulphur-containing amino acids. (This method isn't adopted generally in China).By this, the accurate content of the amino acid in the scolopendra, scorpio, pheretima and the albumen of animals and plants are get. The paper studied the distribution of amino acid in scolopendra, scorpio, pheretima, and some animal and plant foods, comparing the role of amino acid distribution, and discussing its impact on pharmacological function of which three animals, the differences of proteins between animals and plants and its influence on nutritive value of protein. The results as follows:1.The relationship between the amino acid distribution and the pharmacology function of scolopendra, scorpio, pheretima.In the protein of scolopendra, scorpio, pheretima,the content of Glycine, Alanine, Valine,Tyrosine,Phenylalanine and Arginie is higher,but the content of glutaminic acid is significantly lower than the daily animal and plant albumens. Methlonine is in the same level with animal albumen.The impact of this kind of amino acid distribution on pharmacology function of three kinds of crude drugs shows: (1) Do works on nervous system,it is low content quality for amino acid to pass excitability, and it is high content quality for amino acid to pass restraint, It has inhibition to nerve centre and has the effect of getting down shy, putting out wind, resisting efficiency that faint from fear; (2)Do works on the immune system, restrain the function that the fungus diminishes inflammation, improving the immune function, and can promote the wound healing ; (3)Influence cardiovascular system function and have person who invigorate blood circulation the efficiencies of silt and can dissolve bolt, lower the blood pressure, resist the scleratheroma, improve the heart function, protect the function of internal organs; (4)Having influence on the growth of the tumour.There is obvious inhibition on the growth of the tumour cell. At the same time there is enlarge effection to get up the antitumor efficiency to chemotherapy,etc.The function whichthe amino acid may produce is in accordance with the the pharmacology function ofscolopendra, scorpio, pheretima.2. The differences of amino acid distribution between animal and plant proteins.According to the standard of FAO, it is easy to be absorbed in proper ratio of essential amino acids in animal protein,and the contnent of Threonine, Methlonine,Lysine are very high.Lysine is the first limitted amino acid, and Methonine second for people,and has important affect on metabolism, especially for the growing children.In our country,grain is the main food.People should have taken more animal albumens in order to guarantee the balance of the amino acid.In the plant albumen, the content of Glutaminic acid, Branched-chain amino ac i d in cerial protein is abundant. Glutaminic acid has great effect on nervous system.
