The bentonite is cheap and plentiful mineral resource which has good function of turning the things.It can be used for many deep-process products,containing the White Black Carbon, organ ism bentonite, numerator sieve and so on.As showing much better the Ca2+ and Mg2+ exchanging capacities than 4A zeolite , P zeolite is considered as the best substitute for STPP which is a kind of washing builder contained phosphorus. In the paper, a new technique of preparing P zeolite by alkali-treatment bentonite, which is the very cheap mineral and can be easily got in Shouling town of Hebei Province, has been studied.In the paper, the mechanism of synthesizing P zeolite was deduced, based on analyzing the law of content change in the solid state and the liquid state, during the crystallization and gel process of preparing P zeolite, and the optimum technological conditions were obtained. The two techniques have been performed under normal temperature and air pressure: one is by using alkali-treatment bentonite, and the other is by using activated bentonite by low concentration acid treating. The result show that the two techniques above were not feasible. A new technique of bentonite activated by the alkali solution under high temperature and air pressure is proposed, then the study of the mechanism and technological condition is studied, and optimum technological condition of synthesizing P zeolite is determined.In the paper, some physical and chemical capacities such as the Ca2+ and Mg2+ exchanging capacities, granularity distributing, whiteness, appearance are characterized. (the Ca2+ exchanging capacity in the synthesizing P zeolite is 320, the Mg2+ exchanging capacity in the synthesizing P zeolite is113milligramMgCO3/g numerator sieve , granularity distribution is even,and whiteness is 90). The result of testing products P zeolite showed much better properties than those reported references.(the Ca2+ exchanging capacity in the synthesizing P zeolite is 280, the Mg2+ exchanging capacity in the synthesizing P zeolite is 100 milligram MgCO3/g numerator sieve)...
