The kaoli is cheap and plentiful mineral resource which has good function of turning the things .It can be used for many deep-process products , which contain the White Black Carbon , numerator siere and so on.The kaoli is actvated by traditional technique , the products' capability about the Ca2+ exchanging is 318.55 mg/g, which is up to the country's standard .For reducing the time and proving the quality of production , the zeolite is synthesized under high temperature and air pressure and synthesized by ultrasonic .The result prove that :the best time of reaction 'is 5h which is shorter than the time of traditional technique 10h . The products' capability about the Ca2+ exchanging is 332.63 mg/g which is better than product synthesized by traditional technique; The ultrasonic can diminish the crystal .But the product's capacity is not well .The technics need to be improved. In the paper ,a new technique of preparing Y zeolite by kaoli has been studied .Thecondition of technics is: Kaoli:NaOH:Al(OH)3:H2O=20:24:20:400;the temperature of autoclaveis 180℃,the rotate speed is 500 r/min ,the time is 5h;the temperature of gel is 90℃,the time is3h;the temperature of crystal is 100℃ ,the time is 7h .The capability of the new products aboutthe Mg2+ exchanging is 117.62mg/g which is better than A zeolite .This paper use a new technics —alkali of liquid state to synthesize A zeolite for reducing energy .The method is that to calcine the kaoli and NaOH under 400℃. The products' capability about the Ca2+ exchanging is 313.65 mg/g. At last, a zeolite is synthesized under high temperature and air pressure when the temperature is 220℃.Its shape is quadrangle .The molecular formula is Na(AlSi2O6)(H2O)1.1.
