By reviewing the basic expansion and reconstruction models of several big ethylene devices in china, and its character of technology process, we get the basic thought of the 600,000 ton ethylene expansion and reconstruction of daqing ethylene devices. By calculating every cell of the devices, we can find the bottle-neck, and use the reconstruction advice which is afforded by the patent trader of the new district devices and the optimal technology of every cell operation, we devise the particular reconstruction project of technics flow, principle flow chart and material balance datum. Aiming at every cell process and the running circumstance from 1999, we make particular count and determinate technics datum of rectify towers, exchanging heat equipments-, separating pots and pumps which will be improved, at the same time, we conform concrete dimension and equipment datum of the new increasing sets.The two new cracking furnaces will be built in the reconstruction( 100,000 ton per year), it has the merits that the staying time is short and the ethylene yield is high. The separating part adopts doffing bottle-neck reconstruction, and keeps the formerly separating technology of precedingly doffing propane preceding hydrogenation.low investment. In order to degrade burthen of ethylene and propane compressor, we adopt the advanced technique of doffing ethane tower, that's to say, the admixture of ethane and ethylene is gained from the sidetrack, polymerization ethylene is received from the top of tower.In addition to importantly investigating reconstruction project of back separating flow and the parameter of equipment construction, the research ensures overall thoughts, and it still describe the cracking furnace reconstuction in detail. The investigation range includes public engineering. the three discharged wastes, the level of automatic control and the contrast of energy depleting.
