| This thesis makes an overall and detailed analysis of the urban domestic solid waste's source, environment pollution, current situation and their problem. It clearly gives that the propositions and the development direction of the urban domestic solid waste utilization should stick to the policy of innoxiousing, reducing and recycling; that it is the fundamental guarantee that the urban waste is utilized to structure the system of innoxious, quantity reduction and resource; that reforming the managing system and policy of the urban domestic solid waste is the basic guarantee that realize the aim of innoxiousing, reducing and recycling of the urban domestic solid waste; that it's a basic outlet to realize urban domestic solid waste utilization in comprehensive administration according to the policies of solid waste classification, resource recovery utilization and industrialization; meanwhile it also gives that the final goal is to realize urban domestic solid waste utilization in direction of sustainable development through setting up a perfect social system of source recycling, which is the key of exploring economic development harmonizing with entironment, and then forming the benign cycle of materials and energy in the urban ecological economy system. |
