Research On Hong Kiln Process

Use of anthropological fieldwork methods, Guangxi Liujiang County towninto a group of chicken Hong unique kiln system process, process skills, secretingredients, base kiln and kiln in Chengtuan Town, Liujiang County, GuangxiProvince by adopting the field research method in anthropology. Based on thedescription, the author analyses the inheritance, development and evolution ofZhuang's traditional technology in Liujiang County.Kiln chicken is therepresentative of Hong kiln techniques, a symbol of rural leisure and tourismencouraged by local government, and driving force of developing rural economyand building a new socialist countryside of Chengtuan. During the process ofpromotion and application of modern agricultural technology, strawberry andHong kiln technologies promote each other, interact with each other. They bothexperienced the process of renaissance and development. This article puts theHong kiln technology under the background of rural leisure and tourism whichis a typical feature of rural economic development. By describing its dynamicevolution, the author tries to reveal the significance of Hong kiln culture andlocal people's attitude toward it. By comparing study based on the field researchmaterial, the author explains the evolution of Hong kiln in modern society, andits social and cultural functions. The inheritance and protection of Hong kilntechnology was discussed as well.By investigating the rural leisure and tourismdriven by Hong kiln, the author discusses the meaning of rural leisure andtourism to the protection and development of non-material cultural heritage.How the traditional technology driven by market will achieve restoration andtransmission so that it can be melted with tourist economy was discussed as well.
