| In order to settle the safety problem in coal mine production, the paper make full advantage of the developing signal processing technique, data mining technique, network and virtual instrument technique to measure and predict the coal mine gas accident. The gas measurement system is improved with digital technique and intelligent technique. With reliable and effective security prediction mechanism and manage decision-making information channels.The main contents of the paper is: the conception of data mining technique and DBSCAN algorithm and their application in the cluster analysis and prediction in coal mine gas accidents, the improvement of DBSCAN based on partition, realization of the algorithm based on virtual instrument and the visualization technique in the measurement system. The prediction of the gas accident and the digital and intelligent system was realized. The simulation in laboratory and installation and debugging in the field were presented with good result on prediction and analysis. The content of this paper can be used to provide general guarantee for coal mine and will protect the workers in coal mine and the estate of the country. |
