As the greenhouse effect of global climate change has profoundly affected the production of human life, people are increasingly concerned about climate change. under this background, Jianghan Plain is also undergoing significant climate change. Nearly 55 years, the temperature has gradually increased spatial and temporal distribution of precipitation in the home is not balanced, all kinds of extreme weather disasters, the frequency increased significantly, which will bring socio-economic development Jianghan Plain and agricultural production caused a great impact on the environment. Therefore, the analysis of Jianghan Plain temperature, precipitation and other climate factors change in this region for improving the level of short-term climate prediction, and thus guiding the restructuring of agricultural production activities in this area has important reference value. We collected Jingzhou, Zhijiang Etc. 11 weather stations in Jianghan plain between 1952 -2007 years of meteorological data. We from multi-dimensional perspective such as the era, year and quarter , an analysis of its average temperature, average maxmium temperature, minimum temperature, preci pitation changing trends in the frequency of extreme weather events, thereby Jianghan Plain 55 years of climate change in depth research. Analysis shows that: in relation to greenhouse gas-induced global warming, the warming appears to lag Jianghan Plain weaker. Nearly 55 years, the average temperature increased by 0.2℃, which in 1960 and 1990 are two high-temperature phase. During the past 55 years, in addition to 7 and 8 month on cooling trends have emerged, the rest of the month show an upward trend, particularly in the winter months the most significant temperature increase. Over the past 20 years, winter temperatures increased over the previous 35 years, as much as 2℃, while the 7 and 8 month is also on a downward trend in temperature has accelerated noticeably. From 1952, annual precipitation was not Jianghan Plain significant micro-upward trend. Terms of the changes from the seasonal precipitation to summer precipitation increased and a significant concentration of winter precipitation decreased significantly as the main feature. In 1990 became 55 years in summer and winter precipitation in most years the lowest rainfall in autumn. With age are not criteria for the classification of Jianghan Plain in the era of all for the rainy period of 80 and 90 era, 60 and 70 era for the dry period, the remaining are normal era.In addition to climate warming, extreme precipitation intensity and frequency have increased: the increase in storm frequency mainly 6,7 during the summer months, the two years between 1990 -2007 the number of days with precipitation in the month of the 20th century, relative to 50-80 years compared with an average annual increase of 14 days. 1954,1980,1983, 1991,1998,1999 years, floods have taken place. Meanwhile, the Jianghan Plain gradual increase in drought frequency, intensity gradually increased, especially in late summer, autumn drought significantly increased the frequency of occurrence, 1959,1978,1992,1992 have suffered severe drought dry, becoming a serious threat, drought years.Agriculture is the sector which is most sensitive to the climate change among all of the sectors. Jianghan Plain temperatures makes the crop growing season starting date, termination date postponed so that the potential for extended growing season. Global warming, if timely adaptation technologies, due to the longer growing season crop production is improved. But also caused a general reduction in major crop growing period, for material accumulation and grain have a negative effect so that decline. This makes Jianghan Plain instability of agricultural production, increasing output volatilityes. The same time the distribution and structure of agricultural production has to be adjusted. There are a lot of changes in agricultural production conditions, as well as an increase in pests and diseases that have made Jianghan Plain cost and investment in agricultural production will increase dramatically. This collection of 11 sites by 55 years of meteorological data, comprehensive analysis of the Jianghan Plain, the main elements of the long-term climate change, study Jianghan Plain of extreme weather events and weather disasters, changes in trends, aspects of climate change on agricultural production in Jianghan Plain impact of the current climate change research on the Jianghan Plain the most complete and thorough a job extremely systematic and innovative; but also can right Jianghan Plains adaptation to climate change, and promptly adjust a variety of production and daily life activities reference, especially in agricultural production in the region has a direct role in guiding.
