Electrostatic atomization is the phenomenon that in the high voltage electrostatic field the liquor with electricity, because of the unstable surface of the drops caused by the surface strain, gravity and electrostatic power, split into fog drops. According to the theory, the movement track of these fog drops is formed by the effect of electric field, gravity field and the ratio of charge and quality. It is very convenient to know the size of the needed fog drops through regulating electronic filed intensity as well as other parameters. After the atomization, frog drops carrying the connatural electric charge, which exclude each other under the electrostatic power, won't agglomerate, therefore, it effectively reduces the atomization dimension and distributes drops evenly at the same time. Owing to this advantage, the technology of electrostatic atomization is applied and researched extensively not only in the theory but also in the engineering project field. For the first time, in this paper, the technology of electrostatic atomization is applied into evaporation field and it brings out a new theory assumption of evaporation techniques method—vacuum electrostatic atomization dryness techniques. Assume that in vacuum; the high voltage electrostatic atomization is experimented to make the liquor material exiguous frog drops with symmetrical size. Since the saturated steam pressure around the frog drops is very low, the boiling point of liquor is reduced to evaporate fast in order to get the dried products at last. This technique adopts the method of electrostatic atomization that makes the frog drops finer, more even and controllable. The drops evaporate and the evaporation process is controllable. It overcomes the damage of material nature caused by the traditional dryness techniques. Using less energy to obtain high voltage electrostatic field and the process of evaporation needs no other supplementary energy. The only need is the power consumption used by vacuum pump to maintain the pressure environment. This method largely reduces the energy consumption compared with the traditional dryness method. The paper introduces the experimental research done by self-made experiment equipments and makes a further research on the electrostatic atomization via the method of the combination of experiments and theories under the atmosphere environment. Based on this, the paper shows the research on the electrostatic atomization under the vacuum condition and observes the electrostatic atomization process in vacuum. In the electrostatic atomization mechanism theory research under the normal environment, water is mainly used as the experiment material. The experiment indicates the different atomization patterns the electrostatic atomization experienced as the electrode voltage grows, the relationship between electrode voltage and the size as well as the distribution of the drops, the flux's effect on the size of drops and the electrode voltage's influence on drops'stretch length while floating. The paper makes a further measurable analysis of bluestone liquor and dextrose liquor and confirms factors of electrostatic atomization effects in the normal environment. After clarifying parameter's influence on the drops, the results of mechanism research is applied in vacuum electrostatic atomization evaporation experiment to get to know the electrostatic atomization process in vacuum and see the feasibility of the vacuum electrostatic atomization dryness techniques. In the electrostatic atomization mechanism theory research under the normal environment, the prick pattern changed from the drop pattern is established in the electrostatic atomization project. Water is taken as an example to analyze and the experiment observes that the experiment data relatively accords with theory accounting. Meantime, due to the second time atomization during the electrostatic atomization, the broken drop pattern is established and a deeper analysis of the causes of broken drops are theoretically madeThe paper provides the necessary preliminary research on vacuum electrostatic dryness techniques. Via the elementary experimental research, this method may be applied into the future industrial production.
