In quantum field theory,the basic method for researching the interaction between particles is QED theoretical calculations based on the perturbation theory ,of which not only helps analysis and discution on micromachanism of high-energy phsics,but also help to modern precision measurement technology in the future. However, all interacting quantum field theory in the perturbation calculations considering high-order correction encounters "ultraviolet divergence" difficulties; To overcome this divergence difficulties, the theories introduced is a wide range of quantum field renormalization theories. After re-processing, the divergence difficulties could be overcome. The Paper from the perturbation theory, adopts standard model for a reaction concerned in high-energy physics :to study the Moller scattering problem and its renormalization Mixed loop chain diagram effects of the three generations of charged leptons .For this renormalized mixed loops chain diagram propagator, first renormalized chain diagram propagator of a single lepton loop expanded to photon renormalized chain diagram propagator of the three generations of charged leptons loops , the end a series of important issues will be related that how to find out the restructuring of photon renormalized chain propagator involved to mixed loop and how to compute renormalized results. In this article, we will use the current results of the research literature and reasonably seek out the composition method of such a propagator and complete the calculation,To get this strict calculation of renormalized mixed loop chain propagator. Using this result, we are studying the Moller scattering of three generations of charged leptons with the renormalized mixed loop chain propagator, and calculate the differential scattering cross section; In addition, in-depth analysis of the radiation correction and important results were given .Results of this study, not only for the exact test of standard model can provide a valuable reference for theoretical research ,also can provide a reference value of Moller scattering applications involved in the problems of modern precision measurements.
