The scattering of elastic collision in exchanging four-dimensional momentum and energy between nuclear (proton, neutron) and neutral pion was solved by using potential model and adopting quantum mechanics in nucleus physics. Because the energy region in nucleus is hundreds of MeV, the research is restricted and the results are not ideal for the wide energy region (including low, middle and high energy). In this paper, the scattering of elastic collision between nucleus and neutral meson was investigated in wide interacting energy region by using quantum field theory. The strictly analytic calculation to differential cross section was finished in the propagator of the nucleon tree diagram, loop diagram and chain diagram, and the effective formula of proton and neutral meson elastic collision differential cross section was obtained under the nucleus renormalization propagator and Center of Mass frame. Then the differential cross section formula was obtained though the miscellaneous and interminable calculation, and the differential cross section of the tree diagram was calculated. To obtain the differential cross section of the nucleon one loop propagator and the chain propagator, it's necessary to accurately calculate nucleon one loop diagram and chain diagram renormalization propagator; it's very complex and difficult. In this paper, renormalization finite quantity is separated from the infinite by using matrix function expansion, the 1-dimension integral formula of the nucleon one loop renormalization finite quantity is obtained by adopting great momentum limitation integral, at last, the accurate results of the nucleon one loop renormalization finite quantity is obtained with the complex function integral. According to the results, the nucleon renormalization chain propagator is obtained, and the convergence of the matrix function infinite series is discussed, at last, the accurate results of the differential cross section of the nucleon loop and chain propagator are obtained. The radiation correction is discussed in detail and the future work is prospected.
