In the theoretical investigation of photon phenomena, according to electromagnetic interaction between photons and different kinds of lepton and weak interaction between lepton, we have built all kinds of phenomenological models to theoretical description, where electroweak unified standard model has been successful. Therefore, we adopt the extended model of lepton in QED contained in the above successful phenomenological models, study the process for the creation of double-photon via a pair of lepton-anti-lepton with high energy collision. We will consider the complex process of inner electromagnetic interaction appear in annihilation, where fermion propagator may contain tree-diagram and chain-diagram, then make related theoretical analysis of annihilation and accurate calculation to differential cross section. However, definitely calculating the differential cross section is related to radiation correction to chain-propagator, which need consider renormalized calculation of infinite-order- loop-diagram. Adopting Perturbation Method make calculating tree diagram easy, but the results are not very accurate, so we need renormalized calculation of infinite-order- loop-diagram which will produce difficulties on dealing with calculation-as we have to separate diffuse parts from loop-diagram divergence and reserve renormalized finite quantity of physical contribution. In this paper, we rigorously calculate differential cross section of the process for the creation of double-photon via a pair of lepton-anti-lepton with high energy collision with above methods and get precise theoretical results. Comparing the above results with the results under tree diagram propagator, we gain related important information of radiation correction. The research results will provide some intellectual reference merit on theoretical analysis and calculation study.It should be noted out that we just make comparatively comprehensive study and discussion to correction effect of the differential cross section of the process for the creation of double-photon via a pair of lepton-anti-lepton with high energy collision, others such as the vertex corrections are missed out, in fact, the exact treatment of the vertex corrections is a complicated but sensible work in later studies.
