This research determined 13 partial sequences of mitochondrial gene CO I and CO II of different stain type of H. axyridis Pallas and 18 partial sequences of mitochondrial gene Cytb of different stain type of H. axyridis.Pallas.We analyzed the base composition, the conversion/transversion ratio, genetic distance and variable sites of those sequences.Based on COâ… and COâ…¡,we used software such as Mega4.0, PAUP and Mrbayes to construct molecular phylogenetic tree of different stain type of H. axyridis.Pallas using methods such as neighbor joining method(NJ), maximum parsimony method(MP) and minimum evolutionary method(ME).We established a preliminary study of the phylogenetic relationship of different group of H. axyridis.Pallas.And the results showed that H..axyridis var. axyridis Pallas has a distant genetic relationship with other type of H. axyridis.Pallas, Upon which we can speculate that it was the earliest branch to be differentiated and it evolved more earlier. And also showed that H. axyridis ab. conspicua Fald., H. axyridis ab.spectabilis Fald., H. axyridis ab.rubroanella Hem.,H. axyridis ab.circumscripta Hem.,H..axyridis ab.succinea Hope.and H. axyridis ab.lunata Hem.had the closer genetic relationships.H. axyridis ab.12345678-sedecimsignata (Mls.)Yuan.,H. axyridis ab.4-duosignata (Hem.)Yuan.,H. axyridis ab.123456789-duodevigintisignata(Mls.)Yuan. and H. axyrisdis ab.1/2 123456789-undevigintisignata Fald. had the closer genetic relationships shown from the phylogenetic trees. And they basically correspond with the conclusion of morphological classification.Based on Cytb,constructed molecular phylogenetic tree of different stain type of H. axyridis.Pallas using NJ,method,MP method,ME method,and unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean(UPGMAM).Through analyzing with NJ and MP methods, we found that topological structure of those two phylogenetic trees is basically identical.And via comprehensive comparison of the four trees, we could obtaine that:most of the different stain type of H. axyridis.Pallas with yellow bottom colour showed closer genetic relationships, which was basically corresponding with conclusion of morphological classification standard. H.axyridis ab.123456-duodecimsignata (Hem.)Yuan.and H. axyridis ab.rubroanella Hem. had the closer genetic relationships and they had further distance with other H. axyridis.Pallas.That did not corresponding with the conclusion of traditional classification. H. axyridis ab.spectabilis Fald.,H.axyridis ab.lunata Hem.,H.axyridis ab.circumscripta Hem. and H. axyridis ab.falcata Hem.had shown closer genetic relationships with most stain types of H. axyridis.Pallas with yellow bottom colour. H. axyridis ab. conspicua Fald.and H. axyridis var. axyridis Pallas had their own branch, with further genetic relationship from the other 18 strains H. axyridis.Pallas. We could speculate they were the earliest branch to be differentiated and it evolved more earlier.
