At present, cutting slope unstable failure is particularly obvious in the mountain traffic construction, it has become a key technical issues, because of it has threated to construction safety, restricted the project progress, and affected the safe operation. For slope stability analysis and support design, the current analytical methods commonly used strength-based theory of limit equilibrium method, based on the assumption of slope controlled by the stress can be neglected rock deformation resistance of materials. The deformation and stability analysis is based on deformation theory, numerical analysis method slope stability of the whole process of simulation, the main consideration materials of the stress-strain properties, analysis can reflect slope and support structure stress-strain conditions in real time. In this paper, basis of deformation theory, study to the Chen Zi Gui Road reconstruction project K7+260-K7+580 on the right road cutting slope design and real-time protection measures, carried out relevant research. This paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and overseas relevant results for Slope Stability Analysis Method, and various protection methods; analysis the internal mechanism of deformation and failure for the cutting slope, summed up the basic cutting slope failure modes; and summarize a set of deformation theory based on excavation slope stability and control design of technical methods; the research section of the object K7 Excavation Slope Engineering research, comparative analysis based on strength theory limit equilibrium method and numerical analysis based on deformation theory of the whole process of simulation in the engineering application, come to apply Cutting Slope Slope stability analysis and control method. The project proved successful research results, achieved good results.
