Since the 1970s, the rise of Philosophy of Scientific Practice which active in the academic is the Philosophy of Scientific in the direction of a relatively new theory. The post empirical research of Philosophy of Scientific has a relatively centralized point of departure, which is from a different perspective and comprehensive experience Thomas Kuhn's theories and pays attention on science practice and knowledge of History Context. People focus on scientific knowledge as a representation, rather than reveal the scientific nature of scientific practice before the study in the Kuhn. With the development of philosophy of science, people are increasingly aware of the weaknesses of Representationalism, attempt to go beyond the concept of science as knowledge, and Inclusive scientific apparatus, social and time dimensions. "Life world" is becoming a major breakthrough in theoretical thinking philosophy. Gradually the image of science "science as practice" changes into "science as practice". Firstly, scientists in general sense are the practice, and not the observer. After the end of the positivism, Kuhn philosophy of science provides a new starting. Philosophy of science practice turning of the two representative figures Joseph Rouse and Andrew Pickering have expressed their academic thought a great impact by Kuhn. This paper worked with the interpretation of Rouse and Pickering Comprehend on the thought of Thomas Kuhn, analyzed and compared impact of Rouse and Pickering on Thomas Kuhn to the selective absorption. Although both noticed Kuhn's "Paradigm", "Incommensurability," "Normal Science" and so on, these concepts are there in Rouse and Pickering have different interpretation and development of critical. Finally, the paper compared Rouse and Pickering on Thomas Kuhn would like to view the analysis and approaches.
