| To solve information sharing of land resources and social network service, the building ofland resources data center is put forward, as the times require. With the progress of technology,now the old theory of data center doesn't suit for the demand. So, in this paper, the idea of landresources data center of oriented-service, multi-level, and multi-service is put forward, as well asthe management tool system structure of frame-plug-in mode. Meanwhile, the crucial technology,which the realization of data center depends on, is researched in terms of technology. And thebase platform of data center is realized by actual production experience.Firstly, the land resources data classification, data characteristics, data center databasemanagement methods and data granularity management are analyzed. To consider the traits ofmulti-level, multi-feature, multi-scale, multi-state, multi-regional, multi-source heterogeneous,multi-dimensional, large volume of land resources data, it is a problem to organize and manageeffectively data. It is referred that store management data on the size of land resources database,establishing a mechanism for classification and coding system to access data and realizeunification of logic, physical dispersion of multiple data sources storage mechanism by use ofdistributed database technology or directory services technology.Secondly, A service-oriented data center of multi-level multi-service distributed systemarchitecture is put forward. Every data center has data services, which include data integration,data access, data exchange, and metadata service. And services can polymerize into new dataservices between different services. Every distributed data center can be built by SOA framework,which builds the connection between every data center. Establishment of the mechanism canrealize the configurable and extensible data center. Meanwhile, one of the services can be alteredrealizing mechanism when the overall structure unchanged. For suppose of the unified datamanagement and land resources information sharing, data center management tools andframework model is put forward. This model adopts framework-plug-in model, in which kinds ofbusiness logic are decomposed into business units, and this business units are produced as functional plug-ins that can be integrated framework to business system. In addition, thefunctional plug-ins can be stored in the function repository, and can be polymerized to newfunctional modules. Meanwhile, we can plug it into system when we need it. So, The model canmake business functions expansible and configurable. Meanwhile, the WebGIS platform of landresources data center is analyzed. With the difference of other WebGIS, WebGIS platform ofland resources data center has land business management features, except for the basic functionsof WebGIS. As a result, the data services, which data center providing and the business functions,which land resources business management plug-ins providing can be used to realize especialWebGIS system that has business management traits. For suppose of extensible and universalWebGIS system business, we use Service Bridge building communication between data centermanagement tools and WebGIS system. It makes land resources information service socialized.Next, The crucial technologies of data center are introduced. The relative technologies ofdata center are analyzed for ensuring the feasibility of building the data center. The samestructure and different structure of data exchange between higher level and lower level is putforward. And the data discovery mechanism is established by the agent technology. We use XMLand VCT for the data exchange file. The data exchange is completed by data exchange service,and data update is completed by data update service. For suppose of data management on datacenter, data management tree concept is put forward, which users can change differencesperspective view by their interests. It is introduced that build extensible and configurablebusiness tool management system using the framework-plug-in technology. The buffer pool ofMassive spatial database is implemented which greatly increasing the efficiency of mass spatialdata access.Finally, The design and implementation of data center is introduced in detail. It focuses onthe implementation mechanisms of the service-oriented, multi-level, multi-service, distributeddata center. Meanwhile, two data services of the data center, which include data maintenanceservice and data exchange service, are introduced. The implementation of data centermanagement tool system using framework-plug-in technology also is introduced.Because of the establishment of a service-oriented, multi-level, multi-service's data centerdistributed platforms, the land resources data management, data sharing, data exchange and dataupdate problems will be solved effectively. It also provides good information platform for landresources information. |
