Globalization is a word that is most frequently used and is seen as the most important characteristics of the times today. That whether globalization is an inevitable trend and should humans persist in globalization or against globalization is a controversial issue in the current academic area. This paper use Charles Darwin's theory of evolution to examine the development of globalization and make a suggestion for dealing with globalization. In addition to introduction that introduces the current situation of the project at home and abroad, this paper is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the main causes of globalization, substance and issues. Marxists believe that the capitalists of the surplus value of the infinite pursuit of unlimited expansion and capital nature will inevitably lead to globalization; market to determine the commentators think that the market is the decision and the only force to resolve all issues, commercial and communication technologies to promote globalization; dynamic viewer that competition is the driving force of globalization's most profound. In the globalization process, there is globalization, neo-liberal globalization, nation state and nationalism and so on.The second part of Darwin's theory of evolution from the perspective of the development path of globalization qualitative, interpretation and evaluation, and to China as an example case study. Darwin's theory of evolution that species can only survive in the competition and prosperity, species to survive and flourish, is bound to continue to break the existing system constraints, to form a larger system. As a species, human beings are bound to follow the struggle for existence and survival of the fittest, therefore, the process of human development, and constantly breaking the restrictions into the globalization is an inevitable process.Various countries and nations in order to survive and develop, must adapt to globalization, not against globalization. China during the Qing government, the interests of the time and closed-door policy has led to technological backwardness and the backwardness of the Chinese competitiveness; reform and opening up of China, the positive response to globalization, keeping a low profile, to the development of technology, international competitiveness, rapid increase in international status Therefore, we believe that globalization is an inevitable process and all countries and peoples must be actively involved and active response to globalization from perspective of Darwin's theory of evolution.
