Research On Development Model Of Regional Logistics Based On Pole-Axis System Theory

Since entered the 21st century, our country's logistics industry has had a rapid development. With improvement of the logistics development level of the country itself, regional logistics also enjoyed a broader space for further development, the research on regional logistics development model is becoming to a hot topic within logistics research field. As an important guarantee of rapid improvement of regional economic, the development level of regional logistics is important to social reproduction, and also has a pushing effect on the increase of great masses'daily life quality. During development of regional logistics, one of the core issues is the development model chosen. A logistics development model which fits to characters of region is propitious to gain great effects on regional logistics development.At present, main regional logistics development models used in our country are based on characters of regional industry structure, only thinking about economic structure and industrial layout, but not logistics resources space planning. To avoid these shortages, the paper uses pole-axis development model to make regional logistics exploitation in a creative way, using pole-axis gradual diffusion model which extensive used in our country's territorial development for references. At the same time, on the base of comprehensive analyze on current situation of study home and abroad, the regional logistics system SD model is created, promoting effects and hindering effects between different internal and external key factors of regional logistics system are discussed. After clearing out the development principles of logistics system, the regional logistics pole-axis system is made up, and Evolutionary Game Theory has been used to expatiate and evaluate relationships between logistics development poles in the regional logistics pole-axis system. At last, uses New Euro-Asia Continental Bridge area (China) as a demonstration to validate the SD model, builds New Euro-Asia Continental Bridge logistics development pole-axis system, and summarizes competition and cooperation relationships between logistics development poles along the continental bridge.
