The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is made up of the first two chapters. The first chapter introduces some of the basic theory of radioactive decay. The second chapter introduces uncertainty of measurement ofαradioactive decay byαparticle count measurement, calorimetry and 235U mass spectrometry. And it is summarized the principles of the evaluation ofαradioactive decay. 239Pu decay half-life was evaluated by 15 literature measurement data,and it was given the newest evaluation value. At the same time, 241Am decay half-life was evaluated by 10 literature measurement data,and it was given the latest evaluation value.They are used that confirmed uncertainty of measurement ofαradioactive decay and the principles of the evaluation ofαradioactive decay. Otherwise, 142Pr decay data was evaluated in this paper,and the newest nuclear decay data is given, including Q-value, energy relative intensity and absolute intensity and normalization factor ofγ-ray, the nuclear decay figure is also re-drew.The second part study band cross phenomenon use of a chapter. Systematic compilecurve about the dynamic moment of inertia with rotational frequency for the different nuclide in A~80 region, A~130 region, A~160 region and A~190 region. Read corresponding the first band cross frequency data from the curve and drawing corresponding table. By observing,we found that the first band cross frequency have different degrees delay with the isotope chain or neutrons chain following neutrons or protons gradual change.Here, we main comparison even-even nuclear (including Se and Kr isotopes) and odd A nuclear (including theπg9/2 intruder band of Br and Rb isotopes) in A~80 region, comparison even-even nuclear (including Cd ,Te, Xe and Ba isotopes) and odd A nuclear (including theπg7/2 andπh11/2 intruder band of In,I,Cs and La isotopes as well asπh11/2 intruder band of Sb isotopes) in A~130 region, comparison even-even nuclear(including Dy, Er and Yb isotopes) and odd A nuclear (including theπh9/2 andπh11/2 intruder band of Ho,Tm and Lu isotopes) in A~160 region, comparison even-even nuclear(including Pt and Hg isotopes) and odd A nuclear(including theπi13/2 intruder band of Au and Tl isotopes) in A~190 region. Explanation was given by p-n interaction theory.
