This thesis consists of two parts: nuclear data evaluation and experimentalinvestigation of high spin states of138Pm.Part1: nuclear structure and decay data evaluationThe β decay data of194Ir、194mIr、194mIr IT decay、227Ra and the nuclear structure datahave been evaluated. According to Nuclear Science References File(NSRF),newdecay datas have been collected and evaluation. For194Ir half life data, becauseof calculate the weighted average in two main papers which have been collected, wechang the data from19.28±0.13h to19.36±0.06h. On the other hand, change theintensity of589.179keV γ-ray from1.066±0.034to1373.14±2.43. For227Ra, changethe decay energy from1326.2±24keV to1373.14±2.43keV. According to thenew version of Bricc program, we calculated the coefficient of internal conversion. After all, we repaint the level scheme. New experimental results have been collectedand evaluated. The normalization parameter, decay intensity and scheme are given bycalculation.Part2: experimental investigation of high spin states of138PmBefore this experiment, high-spin states in the doubly odd nucleus138Pm have beenstudied following the116Cd(27Al,5n) and115In(28Si,2p3n) heavy-ionfusion-evaporation reaction. Five rotational bands have been populate in thenucleus, which are probably based onπh11/2νh11/2,πh1/2ν[400]+11/2,πg+7/2[413]5/2νh+11/2[514]9/2andπ [411]+3/2νh11/2configuration. Our workfollowing the124Te (19F,5n) heavy-ion fusion-evaporation reaction. Collected theγ-γcoincidence measurement datas, the curve of excitation function and the residualradioactivity. According to the results of data analysis, we verified the resultsof previous experiments and the level scheme have been given.
