There are two parts in recent article.The first one is mainly about the data evaluation of the decay of nuclear in A=90 nuclei.In rencent years,The appliance of the applied nuclear technology has become more and more popular in making production in factory and in our daily life.And it requires more and more better nuclear decay data.Table of isotopes is the most completely compiled nuclear data set published at the present time.It contains the decay schemes,radiation energies,intensity etc.of almost all nuclides. Present work mainly on the data evaluation of A=90 nuclear tructure of 90Rb and 90mRb.mainly collected,summed up the nuclear structure of the experimental data in the past 50 years to evaluate the new data.the data files of the old and the new data were compared.At the same time the article,nuclear decay data of the basic physical basis,particle emission intensity of the normalization factor,firing particles absolute intensity,V-ray intensity normalized Factor.V-ray intensity,and absolute conversion electronics,internal conversion Electronic pairing,the electron-positron annihilation radiation, X-rays.Auger electron energy and absolute strength of the formula for calculating the physical and computational methods to improve the nuclear decay data and nuclear decay scheme Evaluation System.Then current article utilizes HI-13 Tandem Accelerator at China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE),through heavy ion fusion-evaporation reaction 110Pd(7Li,4n)113In to populated odd A nuclear high spin state of 113In,E=45 MeV.Progressγ-γ-t coincide measuring and radioactive measurement.And then.set upγ-γplanar matrix,utilizes gate program to analyze off-line,draw relative transition Intensities of strongγ-Ray,DCO coefficient etc.We use the energy systematically to appoint the spin of theπh11/2Intruder band in 111.113In. through the line of dynamical momentum of imertia VS rotational frequency, the decay of the frequency of band crossis are systematically investigated for theπh11/2intruder band of odd-A nuclei in Z=50 region.The feature is found to be related of the number of neutrons of the nuclei in this region.
