The Study Of The Allocation Methods Of Publishing Resource

This article analyzes and evaluates some present models of ISBN resource allocation in the publishing houses, point out the advantages and disadvantages of each model. Then we study the data and information collected by some publishing house, make statistical processing and prediction using math method, select the main factors and ignore the minor factors. Based on the PCA thinking, we make a math model of resource allocation with the largest profit as the objective function. Then we give the program of the ISBN allocation of the next year, refine the main factors that influence the ISBN resource allocation and predict the total income of the publishing house. Using correlation analysis and other methods, we comprehensively evaluate the methods, choose the best one and give some advises to the publishing houses. The models of resource allocation discussed in the article are applicable to the enterprises that have many branches of produce many kinds of productions. There is much value in these methods.
