The behavior with low quality that the geological environment is the geological hazards, its has not merely reflected the fragility of the geological environment naturally again and again, and has reflected the contradiction is sharpened between the human activity and geological environment, bring serious influence to people's safety of life and property. Wenzhou is located in the coastal area of southeast China of Zhejiang, geological structure, geographical environment are complicated, especially the typhoon rainfall of the period of rainy season, extremely apt to cause the emergence of the geological hazards (especially collapse, landslide, debris flow), it is the geological hazards to occur frequently area. This research sets up the dangerous assessment model of geological hazards of Wenzhou based on rainfall once, for the early warning service of the geological hazards of Wenzhou.Basing on analysis and summarizing the distribution regularity of geological hazards interpreted from remote sensing data and the result of field investigation, author having got the geological hazards type of the studying area and development current situation, the development law takes place in various geological calamities after summarizing and studying in the district,selecting and determining the assessment factors; after analyzing factors with the aid of GIS technology, Author gives appraise hierarchical standard of the factor to geological hazards all kinds of separately, especially mostly caused this characteristic by the typhoon torrential rain to the geological hazards of Wenzhou, typhoon rainstorm data five times that it is heavier in market to influence Wenzhou to the past ten years are analyzed, find out the rainfall characteristic of influencing different geological hazards. Then adopt AHP and fuzzy method to judge synthetically, set up the dynamic appraisal model of geological hazards of Wenzhou based on rainfall once.According to model this, choose two rainfall data turn into Wenzhou geological hazards dangerous picture of dividing etc. will it be September 4 1999 and will it be August 13 2004, simultaneous contrast two rainfall these hazards produced order, go on, prove to this model accurately, it take place actually order hazards mostly fall into districts dangerouses high turning into in model or in districts dangerous, its result is satisfactory. Can find out the space distribution of the geological hazards of Wenzhou changes the characteristic from the picture, i.e. the geological hazards of Wenzhou is controlled by the rainfall factor obviously, it happens frequently in typhoon rainstorm zones, and in the same place,it distributing dissimilarly in different rainfall condition. This study has important realistic meanings in the early forecasting research of the geological hazards of Wenzhou, but improve the ability of prevention against geological hazards of this area greatly.
