The aim of our work was to analyse the effect of glucosinolates content of Arabidopsis thaliana under high salinity in short term and low salinity in long term.We research the dynamic change of glucosinolates content of A.thaliana in salt stress.We detected 12 kinds of glucosinolates in rosette leaves of A.thaliana these included 3MSOP,4MSOB,5MSOP, 6MSOH,40HI3M,4MTB,DM,8MSOO,4MTI3M,1MTI3M,7MTH,8MTO.In the experimental system,high salinity in short term that A.thaliana are exposed to NaCl solutions0,50,100,150,200,250,300 mmol·L-1after 24 h.In the whole change,the content of total glucosinolate in rosette leaves of A.thaliana lower than reference with the increasing NaCl solutions.The range of chang is trivial.We find the responses of the variable glucosinolate contents are difference to high salinity in short term.In the other experimental system,low salinity in long term that A.thaliana are exposed to NaCl solutions(0,25,50,75,100 mmol·L-1)after 7 day.Under long term of NaCl stress,the contents of total glucosinolate and some kinds of glucosinolate were enhanced and showed a single-peak curve with the increasing NaCl solutions.The content of total glucosinolate under 50 mmol·L-1NaCl stress was appearing 1.8 times than the control.Also,the changes of contents of various glucosinolate appeared different were responsed to low salinity in long term.In the more experimental system,A.thaliana were harvested at 1,3,5,7 day after treating with the NaCl solution(0,50,100,150,200 mmol·L-1)and then we analyse the change of glucosinolate content.From the contents of total glucosinolate,in the control,the content increased with growth time and reached maximum at 7 day of the treatment,appearing 1.76 times than 1 day.In 50 mmol·L-1NaCl stress,the contents of total glucosinolate appearing fluctuated with the treatment time.The contents are higher 1.4 times at 3 day and 7 day of the treatment than 1 day.In 100 and 150 mmol·L-1NaCl stress,at 3 day of the treatment reached the maximum,then keep steadiness.In 200 mmol·L-1NaCl stress,the change of the contents are not markedness.For 1 day of the treatment time,the contents were higher 1.3 times than the original of control.On the whole,long treatment time(7 d)is beneficial to increased to the contents of the most glucosinolate.The changes of contents appeared a single-peak curve with NaCl solution increased.
