We investigated and studied macrobenthos community structure in the Zhalong Wetland Nature Reserve in spring, summer, and autumn, 2008, including Macrobenthic species composition, community structure and diversity of substrate and its relationship with environmental factors, environmental factors of mutual water relations and used abundance / biomass curves (ABC curves) to explore the interference to macrobenthos in the Zhalong wetland nature reserve, and provided the basic information for further research..(1) 93 kinds of macro benthos were found during three sample surveys of Zhalong wetland Nature Reserve), belonging to 3Class 6 arthropoda, in which a total of 65 kinds of (a); Mollusk 21 (a); Annelid 7 (a), species of insects were the most, accounting for 69.89%.Various benthic species and individual number of the vertical distribution of soil depth with the increase in regular changes, the trend was decreasing, and the cohesion is very obvious.from the point of species composition, arthropod mainly were insect larvae's, most abundant in spring, followed by the fall, the relative is at least the summer. Mollusks mainly were cement, the most abundant in the summer, followed by the fall, the spring collection to the minimum. Seasonal changes was little , the types collected less. From the season, the changes in the abundance of the total trend is spring> autumn> summer, the overall trend in biomass change is fall> summer> spring.(2) The Substrate and the habitat quality at sampling points are the more similar, the similarity of benthic fauna are also higher. Through cluster analysis and MDS showed that the similarity of macro benthos community and the differences of macro benthos community composition, the similarity analysis of the comparison between macro benthic communities, the results showed that more similar living environment, higher the coefficient of similarity, and more accurately verify the results of the classification of the cluster and MDS plans.(3) Macro benthos were abundant, higher diversity in Zhalong Wetland Nature Reserve. Benthic fauna richness, diversity, dominance and evenness index in addition to certain types of things, spring, summer and autumn season, the three basic trends remain the same.Richness index range 2.00 to 4.57, the diversity index between 1.61 to 8.23, for both the performance of the spring> autumn> summer, the general trend in addition to 6 # Zhalong lake changed little and index is lower are basically the same in the three seasons, between 0.74 to 1.00. Dominance index in the range of 0.22 to 0.33, the highest in the summer season, the highest point is 1 # Dongsheng reservoir in the summer.(4) ABC curve showed community was moderate interference and not by interference , its biological diversity index the higher, the communities were seriously affected, the benthic biological diversity index are lower, benthic animal communities basically in line with the diversity of characteristics.The order of Water content in different soil saprobe> ooze> gravel, the water content in the spring and summer with the total number of species was significantly positively correlated (p <0.01, p <0.05). Soil salinity and the total number of macro benthos species, richness, diversity significantly related, including soil salinity and macro benthos community diversity was very significant positive correlation (p <0.01), while the soil pH is not associated with a significant. Gray correlation results show that the water depth, turbidity, and p (NO3 -) influence on the macro benthos the impact of environmental factors on macro benthos communities in different seasons were different in the Zhalong wetland nature reserve.
