Laizhou Bay coastal area is the biggest Brine resource areas in China. The exceptionally brine deposit resources are formed during the quaternary geological period in the coastal area, over the past 20 years, especially in recent years the high interests of bromine extraction from brines has greatly stimulated the brine exploitation, and has now reached the predatory exploitation of super-strength status, underground brine water level decreased rapidly, brine resources faced with the threat of rapid exhaustion, salt water southward invasion into the inland plain of the waterhead pressure decreased, Hydredynamic decline inhibited the southward development of salt water intrusion, at the same time large amount of brine explotation also caused the beach natural wetlands vanished by a large scale and replaced by the artificial salt pond storing bine after bromine extraction. At the same time, owning to salt-water level decreased rapidly in coastal salt-water area, the original saline wasteland of the salt-water area tend to drying and desertification, salt meadow vegetation continuously degradated. Original coastal wetland landscape of natural muddy beach coast is non-appearance, the coastal development is completely changed, wetland ecosystem degradated intensely.This article started from the causes and distribution of brine resources, by many field surveys and preliminary data analysis, analyzed the main problems in exploitation and development of brine resource in the area, as well as the impact of resource exploitation on regional groundwater, soil salinity, and coastal wetland ecosystem evolution, using stress - status - stress model, made evaluation and analysis on sustainable use of brine resources and coordinated development of coastal wetland eco-environment in research area.This article is mainly divided into 4 parts:1. The analysis of Characteristics and Genesis of underground brine resources, the area underground brine in the direction from sea to land can be divided into three zones: near low concentration zone, far from shore low concentration zone and intermediate high concentration, in the vertical direction is divided into shallow submarine brine layer and 3~4 pressure brine layers. Through the previous experimental data of seawater evaporation and frozen test, it was suggested that Littoral Facies Quaternary the southern coast of Laizhou Bay underground brines were formated by the geological history of sea water through evaporation, infiltration enrichment and burial metamorphism and so on. Brine resources in the area≥7°Be 'underground brine resources for the control of 43.50×108m3, the region 5 ~ 7°Be' inferred resources underground brine volume 16.42×108m3.2. The main problems of bittern resource exploitation, brine exploitation overheating, non-license, disorderly over-exploitation was serious. Brine exploitation was lack of unified management. Bromine over-exploitation, salt and bromine production proportion is seriously disorded, there is no salt and bromine cogeneration and cycle exploitation model, brine resources were wasted seriously; discharge of bine after bromine extraction polluted the coastal ecological environment seriously, the salt industry and salt chemical industry,centralized pollutant blowdown had significant impact on the inter-tidal wetlands.3. The eco-environmental impacts of brine resources exploitation had impact on continual descent of groundwater level and concentration owning to brine resources exploitation, continual decrease of soil salinity in the coastal regions, the significant changes of the artificial salt pond storing bine after bromine extraction and coastal wetland landscape, caused the evolution of wetland ecological communities and beach retreat.4. Study on sustainable use of brine resources, using the corresponding stress status model, set up the relationship of resource exploitation and environmental evolution in the coastal areas, consider the potential environmental issues and sustainable use of resources at different exploitation model, by comparison, it was concluded that the sustainable utilization of resources can be achieved when bromine exploitation quantity. And make recommendations and responses: limiting bromine production, control of brine production, achieve a reasonable and orderly exploitation.? Eco-environmental problems caused by resources exploitation and utilization are the core issue of study on regional sustainable development and they also be severe challenges that our country are currently facing. This study can provide scientific basis and guidance to scientific development of coastal salt industry and salt chemical industry in our province and sustainable utilization of brine resources; provide reference for scientific operation and reasonable planning of water resources in the area, it can provide reference for national resources exploration and environmental coordinated development and coastal zone comprehensive management research in coastal areas.
