As an important component of landslide, slip soils have close relation with its development, deformation and stability, therefore, study on the shear strength properties of slip soils usually become a necessary part of the landslides research.South Jingyang the plateau area, located at the Shanxi Jingyang County Jinghe River south, since 1976, south Jingyang the plateau has had the size landslide successively 40 time, the large-scale landslide 7 times, the avalanche several times, the landslide grew, is threatening people's life and the property security seriously.This article studies in the predecessor in the foundation, conducts the investigation and study to it, then the plateau landslide's improvement provides the scientific basis to Jingyang south.This article is investigating and studying fully south Jingyang the plateau certain typical landslide regional geology environment and in the landslide growth characteristic foundation, has conducted the experimental study to this area various landslides slippery belt earth's project characteristic, including slippery belt earth physical character, intensity characteristic, creep property three aspect contents.Take the experiment as the foundation, the union different watery situation slippery belt earth stress - displacement curve and the intensity curve, the system analysis and has studied the research area various landslides slippery belt earth intensity characteristic change characteristic, the rule, and has discussed its distortion mechanism and the influencing factor initially, obtains the slippery belt earth intensity characteristic besides with the material composition, saves the condition and own structure sexual relationship with its tax is close.
