Three main haustorium inducing substances were found that including quininones, the hydroxyl acids and flavonoids. In order to reveal the regulatory mechanism of C. deserticola seed germination, we use the tissue culture technique together with different treatments and observe the seed and its the germ tube and haustorium. The root secreat of Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey) of at different ages components were determined by Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry to examine the chemical signal substances in the seeds germination of C. deserticola. Results showed that:1. In this experiment, the seeds were treated with high one hour and low temperature 4℃one week for two times cycle, which germination rate is higher than the seeds were treated with high one hour.2. DMBQ+ferulic acid+resorcin together with 6-BA+GA3+IBA showed the most effective inducing function, and improving the seed germination speed and haustorium formation rate. However, the seeds with single plant hormones treatments didn't form haustorium.3. It was showed that the root secreat of Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey) of different ages, four weeks and eight weeks, contained similar chemical compounds, which were mainly phenols, quinones, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols and organic acids, esters and amines. But some compounds are different.4. The results above have revealed proper temperature and chemical signal substances treatments can improve C. deserticola seed germination rate and haustorium formation. For expatiated the mechanism of germination of C. deserticola seeds under physical and chemical treatments provide theory gist. It have realism significance for settle the problems that C. deserticola seeds germination difficulty and germination rate low.
