Dissection and the evolvement structure of Populusx canadensis Moench and Salix matsudana Koidz. are studied by the optics micro technology and the paraffin section method under two kinds of different ecological environments. The results showed that ecological environment influence immediately two kind of plant structure completion.The experimental result discovered that leaf and stem's cuticle thickness of Populusx canadensis Moench and Salix matsudana Koidz. from saline environment in Siping is bigger than that from saline environment in Changchun. It is proved when Populusx canadensis Moench and Salix matsudana Koidz. receive saline coercion,protoplast in cell excrete massive cutins, which cause the plant body surface cuticle accumulation ,enhance the resistive saline ability of Populusx canadensis Moench and Salix matsudana Koidz., and grow good in the saline environment.It was found that Palisade tissue cellular layer of Populusx canadensis Moench in Siping region are more than that in Changchun region, and the cell arrangement is more compact, the Palisade tissue occupies the mesophyll the proportion to be big. Because Palisade tissue's quantity influence immediately plant's photosynthesis efficiency, therefore quantity of Palisade tissue increasing is the result of Populusx canadensis Moench to adapt the adaptability to saline environment evolution structure.Comparing the result of two kind of plant's leaf dissection experiments, it was found that both the leaf blade only have the Palisade tissue, not have the Spongy tissue when Salix matsudana Koidz. is under two kind of ecological environments, which proved that photosynthesis ability of Populusx canadensis Moench is stronger obviously than that of Salix matsudana Koidz., and its compatibility is broader than that of Salix matsudana Koidz..This article experimental result may draw the following conclusion: along with the environment change, each kind of plant can evolve anti-saline structure of resistive adversity, when they only evolve shape structure of adapting specific environment, they can adapt the different ecological environment. But the different structure evolves are carrying out the different physiological function.
